A Perfect Example to Follow.

Leadership has always been hard for me as I did not know exactly how a effective leader should be. I think read the talk by President Spencer W. Kimball "Jesus: The Perfect Leader." That is when I realized I have a great example to follow and look up to, Jesus Christ. In the talk President Spencer talked about several things Jesus that made him a great leader. Jesus had fixed principles, understood others, was selfless, responsible, accountable, and used time wisely. My favorite section to read about was that a good leader understood others. He was able to love those even when they committed sins and that is how we should be as leaders. We can still love and respect others even if we have to correct them. I enjoyed reading about leadership this week as it helps me become a better leader and help me fulfill my callings at church.

The $100 challenge has been slowly starting up I have a photo shoot that is scheduled next week for one person and it will be an hour session. I’m excited to start working on this challenge and even though it is a school assignment it feels more like a business.
